Scottish Education Awards

Enterprise and Employability Across Learning Award (Secondary)

This category recognises the schools that are helping children and young people develop the necessary skills for learning, skills for life and skills work, essential to learning and education under Curriculum for Excellence.

The award will focus on the development of enterprise and employability skills and the significant role that employers play in partnership with schools to provide a context for learning.

The award will also recognise schools and partner businesses that encourage young people to develop an awareness and an understanding of entrepreneurship, business and commerce and the importance of wealth creation to Scotland.

The award will recognise both the school and the partner employer.
